Young Art in the Frauenkircherl: Discoveries at the Beginning of an Exhibition History

On Tuesday, October 13, 2026, the House of Encounter, together with the Art Association Erding, invites you to a guided tour of the exhibition Young Art. Starting at 10 AM, Bodo Gsedl, chairman of the Art Association Erding, will lead the presentation in the Frauenkircherl and open up a view of artworks that are still at the beginning of their public exhibition history, but already show an independent artistic voice.

Encounter with Contemporary Art

The exhibition is dedicated to young artists and their individual engagement with image, form, material, and expression. In the historic space of the Frauenkircherl, a special exhibition atmosphere is created: current positions enter into a dynamic dialogue with the architecture and its concentrated spatial effect.

Artwork Analysis and Cultural Education

The tour combines vivid artwork analysis with art historical context. Bodo Gsedl presents the works on display and makes visible how one's own artistic stance develops. The focus is not on the completed success story, but rather on the open process of becoming an artist.

An Artistic Experience for Curious Visitors

The tour is aimed at anyone who wants to experience young art in Erding firsthand and discover new perspectives on painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, or installation. The aesthetic experience arises from the immediate encounter of work, space, and viewers. It is precisely this closeness that makes the exhibition visit an inspiring encounter with contemporary art.

Conclusion: Art at the Beginning of Its Own Voice

The guided tour of Young Art promises a concentrated artistic experience with insights into current regional art positions and the curatorial work of the Art Association Erding. Art enthusiasts should take the opportunity to experience the exhibition live in the Frauenkircherl and engage in a dialogue about young art on-site.
